Hello Google! I am Lan Belic and I want to join your team as Interaction Designer.
Below, you will find a little bit about me and an overview of 3 projects that I am proud to show you. I would love to tell more about me and my projects in an interview.

From an idea to app release - and struggles that come along the way
ENSO is an in-house app that MOBGEN uses to facilitate and run design sprints. It became an essential tool for every design sprint and has made facilitating sprint easier. I was part of a small in-house team that was working on the design and development of ENSO during our free time.
Shell app features a loyalty program, as well as a possibility to manage payments via mobile phone. We found a big drop off from users starting the transaction to users finding a Shell station.
The design of Shell mobile app at the beginning was not made scalable and was long overdue for a revamp. Because the app accommodates over 10 different features, the redesign of it was a big challenge. Even though the project didn't get past the design phase, we have gotten a lot of valuable insights.
Creation of interaction flow is a big part of the design process and it is always a time-consuming job. To save some time and make a job easier, I have created a Sketch library and template. We have first used this kit just internally, but then, I have decided to share it publicly to be of help to fellow designers.
At MOBGEN we are using Sketch for all aspects of design work, and InVision for the handover to developers. In most of our projects, we use single InVision project for both iOS and Android. While it makes it easier to maintain consistency, it causes a bit of problem with downloading the assets. I have created a simple script to make that process easier.
